Ebony Noelle Golden is pleased to join undergraduate and graduate students at University of Texas at Austin for a lecture on ecowomanism and devised performance. Invited by Virginia Grise and presented by A Todo Dar, an organization committed to creating “convivial spaces for collective dreaming,” Ebony will join the class as an element of Jupiter Performance Studio’s fall community engagement tour, Holy Waters, which also takes her to the Gulf Coast, New Orleans and the Gullah Geechee Corridor. While on tour Golden will engage artists, activists, scientists and researchers in questions about climate, community and the role of the arts in helping us live in right relationship and reciprocity with the planet.
